Do I need to register to place an order?

Registering an account is important for placing orders. However, you should only need your mobile number and get verified by OTP.

What should I do if my order is approved but hasn't been shipped yet?

Sellers usually ship orders 4-5 business days before the delivery date so that they reach you on time. In case your order hasn't been shipped within this time don't hesitate to get in touch with our Customer Support so that we can look into it.

How quickly can I get my order delivered?

Orders will be delivered by the date you see on the product page for your location.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

What payment methods can I use, is COD available? 

You can place your order using any of the available online payment methods, or through cash on delivery. Razorpay secures all online transactions.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. 

What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping (Above ₹350) within India for all prepaid orders. Shipping costs are factored into Cash On Delivery (COD) orders only and will be calculated and revealed on the checkout page.
